Priorclave – Autoclaves and Steam Sterilisers
Priorclave are experienced specialist suppliers of autoclaves and steam sterilisers for the healthcare industry. We design, manufacture and service cylindrical and rectangular section laboratory autoclaves. Priorclave’s autoclave products are equipped with the TACTROL® control system, allowing all models to be set up for use in a wide variety of operating cycles and applications.

Our wide range of steam sterilisers includes bench-top units and large autoclaves with steam jackets and power-operated doors.

Priorclave’s autoclaves and steam sterilisers can be fitted with numerous accessories to provide additional operating options including vacuum and drying cycles. Our in-house design and manufacturing policy allows maximum flexibility in manufacturing autoclaves that meet the client’s precise requirements.

Priorclave autoclaves surpass current safety standards and feature the additional protection of BioCote® – an innovative anti-microbial coating. BioCote contains an active agent that is effective against bacterial and fungal growth including MRSA and similar organisms.

LOW VOLUME COMPACT LABORATORY AUTOCLAVES
Compact Priorclave autoclaves allow flexible operation for the low volume user. Two compact laboratory autoclave models are available, the Compact 40 Bench-top 40L autoclave and the Compact 60 with a 60L capacity. The Compact 60 is mounted on lockable castors making it ideal for use in confined areas.

TOP / FRONT LOADING LABORATORY AUTOCLAVES
These cylindrical vessels have a 500mm diameter that ensures a more effective loading process. Our top / front loading autoclaves are available for use in electric heating or plant steam applications. Top loading Priorclaves feature low loading heights for maximum operator comfort and are available in 100L and 150L capacities. They are compactly designed, making them suitable for use in modern laboratories, where space is at a premium. Front Loading Priorclaves are available in 100L, 150L and 200L capacities and are particularly useful for autoclaving heavy or bulky items.

RECTANGULAR SECTION AUTOCLAVES
Perfect for high volume throughput as well as bulky items, these autoclaves combine a huge internal capacity with a small floor area. They are available in 235L, 350L, 450L and 700L capacities with a compact design. Intermediate and larger sizes are also available on request. They feature a simple, hand wheel door closure and can be fitted with a steam / water jacket.

RECTANGULAR SECTION AUTOCLAVES WITH POWER DOORS
Available in 235L, 350L, 450L and 700L capacities (intermediate and larger sizes available on request) these models can be supplied as either stand alone cabinet autoclaves or built into a fascia panel in a plant room installation. A steam / water jacket can also be fitted to these models.

DOUBLE DOOR / PASS-THROUGH / AUTOCLAVES
These autoclaves are cylindrical and rectangular models that can be installed between walls, enabling items to be sterilised as they pass between rooms. Our double door / pass-through autoclaves can be fully sealed into the wall. Interlocks prevent both doors opening simultaneously or opening into the sterile area before sterilisation is complete.

CALIBRATION, TESTING AND SERVICING
Priorclave is a fully accredited UKAS calibration laboratory. We are equipped to conduct HTM2010 testing and performance qualification as required. We provide routine calibration services on both a one-off basis and as part of a regular maintenance contract. Maintenance contracts for all models are available with parts-inclusive and extended term options.

Priorclave’s products and processes have been independently approved and monitored by authorised bodies and are marked to the European PED standard – 97/23/EC (approved for the entire pressure system, not just the pressure vessel structure).
