PLÜMAT machines offer a high flexibility and variability. You can combine all of our bag making and filling/sealing machines, semi automatic as well as fully automatic, to meet your requirements in the most economic way. PLÜMAT was the first company which integrated bag making, filling and sealing into one production line for the pharmaceutical industry. The result is: Form-Fill-Seal.
In a Form-Fill-Seal line film, connector and solution are directly and automatically processed to a finished bag in one machine without any intermediate steps. The advantages are not only the lower staff expenses also a lower risk of particle contamination and in addition the much easier validation of the process chain. The common solutions filled into the bags are glucose, saline and dialyses solutions, amino acids, fat emulsions and antibiotics.
Within the range of 50 – 5000 ml Form-Fill-Seal-Lines are capable of producing up to 9.000 single- or multi-chamber bags per hour.

PLÜMAT equipment fills and seals bottles, vials and canisters from 2 ml up to 10.000 ml. We provide capacities up to 12.000 bottles per hour. Our sealing machines handle rubber stoppers, aluminium caps for infusion and injection bottles, pilverproof caps and screw caps.
PLÜMAT automatic filling and sealing lines employ modular design to easily adjust to your need for increased production. We provide auxiliary attachments such as electronically controlled bottom-up filling, nitrogen or other gas filling and CIP/SIP sterilization systems.
Semi and Fully Automatic Bag Filling- and Sealing-Machines 08.09.2008
PLÜMAT machines and equipment allow to fill and seal many different PVC and Polyolefine bag types. According to the required output rate both manual and automatic infeed systems can be used and in case of need the bags can be printed inline. The bag sealing operation can be accomplished either by welding or by stopper insertion. We provide CIP/SIP sterilisation systems, bag evacuating and gassing capability, tube cutting devices, residual air volume control and various extra equipment.
Filling and sealing capacities up to 5000 ml and output rates up to 10.000 bags per hour are available.
