Nichiplast India is a leading manufacturer of wound dressings, first-aid adhesive plasters, adhesive bandages, surgical tapes, fabric strips, adhesive sports tapes / zinc oxide tapes and IV dressings / transparent dressings. The company has developed a new product line of hydrogel dressings, capsicum / menthol plasters for pain management, American porous plasters and first-aid kits for the domestic market.

Nichiplast India is the single largest contract manufacturer of first-aid adhesive plasters and adhesive sports tapes / zinc oxide tapes for leading international brands and pharmaceutical majors in India. The wide range of products includes elastic fabric tape, microporous tape, PE tape, and IV dressings / transparent dressings.

All our facilities are GMP-compliant and USFDA-certified, and we have set up our second GMP-compliant plant with a new product line. Based in Delhi, Nichiplast India was established in 1994 in technical collaboration with Nichiban Company Limited, Japan.

ZINC OXIDE TAPE / ADHESIVE SPORTS TAPE
Nichiplast manufactures zinc oxide tape / adhesive sports tape exclusively for sportspeople. The zinc oxide tape / adhesive sports tape is made of rigid cotton and rayon strapping for wound dressings.

The zinc oxide tape / adhesive sports tape is coated with zinc oxide in drum packing. The company now offers this tape with special perforations suitable for sports applications and it is now also available with a hypoallergenic zinc oxide tape adhesive coating. The zinc oxide tape / adhesive sports tape is available in different sizes.

FIRST-AID ADHESIVE PLASTERS / ADHESIVE BANDAGES
Nichiplast’s wide range of first-aid adhesive plasters and adhesive bandages includes wash-proof sheer strips (PVC/PE), clear-strip adhesive plasters, clear-strip adhesive bandages and heavy woven fabric strips. The superior-quality adhesive plasters and adhesive bandages are well accepted by the health sector. The adhesive plaster backing can be offered in PVC/PE, non-woven fabric, heavy fabric and elastic fabric.

Nichiplast supplies adhesive bandages and first-aid adhesive plasters that offer many advantages when compared with other similar products on the market. The adhesive bandages are sterile and contain long-lasting adhesion to ensure continuous protection of the wounds. The state-of-the-art technology involved in the adhesive plasters also gives patients extra comfort and protection.

WOUND DRESSINGS
Nichiplast manufactures and supplies different types of wound dressings such as non-woven fabric dressings with central pads, and transparent wound dressings with central pads. Other wound dressings available include PU (derm) backed wound dressings without pads, non-woven wound dressings with cuts and PU (derm) IV wound dressings with cuts.

IV DRESSINGS / TRANSPARENT DRESSINGS
Nichiplast offers IV dressings at global quality standards. The reinforced soft-cloth tape for transparent peripheral dressings for intravenous (IV) therapy is known as an IV dressing. The IV dressings are transparent dressings.

Nichiplast’s transparent dressings are suitable for difficult body contours. They facilitate paediatricians to view injection sites on smaller hands. Nichiplast can also provide IV dressings with greater absorbency and split down capacity.
