The history of our company has started in 1990, when the production was started in our original headquarters in Ceska Skalice. The first product for the health care sector was made in 1991, it was the Walking assistant U-1 that is after several development modifications still in our product range. Starting in 1992, adjustable beds for care and hospital facilities became the main part of our production program.

The period of dynamic development of production for health care started in 1995 when our company transformed into a Ltd. company. This year also brought substantial expansion of product range in beds and also other products such as trolleys, bedside cabinets, mattresses, bathroom products, etc.

In 2000 we first saw dynamic progress in company growth that until today reaches tens of percent each year. Eventually the product range was extended with scale of products for specific branches. In this period the number of employees was 20 to 25 persons, currently the company has around 85 employees and several tens of external cooperators and suppliers.

Together with the technical, functional and design development of our products, we also understood the need for improving the control management and particular processes running in the company. For these reasons we gradually introduced the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 and later also ISO 14001:2004 standards. We are continuously upgrading ecological parameters of our products which was regarded in 2005 by entitlement to use the “Environmentally friendly product” trademark and the related “Czech quality” trademark issue by the government of the Czech Republic. In 2005 our company was also included in the group of companies entitled to use the trademark “Czech product”.
