Zufriedene Patienten und effiziente Küche
Menübestellung mit der Intelligenz moderner PenComputer von OrgaCard Siemantel & Alt GmbH, Schwabach. Integriert in die Gesamt-EDV eines Hauses übernimmt dieses System die patientenbezogene Erfassung. Die Arbeit des Plegedienstes wird durch PenPads vereinfacht. Sie zeigen nicht nur alle aktuellen Patientendaten einer oder mehrerer Stationen, sondern auch den Speiseplan. Im PenPad werden für jeden Patienten nur die Menüs oder Komponenten zur Wahl angeboten, die seiner Kostform entsprechend erlaubt sind. Selbst Abneigungen und Unverträglichkeiten des Patienten werden dabei berücksichtigt.

Für die Menübestellung auf vernetzten Stations-PCs stellt OrgaCard das Programm Menü-Assistent zur Verfügung. Optimal eingesetzt wird diese Software in Ergänzung mit den PenPads. Hierbei wird die Online-Kommunikation zwischen Station und Küche bei kurzfristigen Änderungen gewährleistet. Sollte auf die Vorteile der mobilen PenPad-Erfassung am Patientenbett verzichtet werden, kann die Software für Stations-PCs auch selbstständig eingesetzt werden.

Die Menübestellung für gehfähige Patienten und für das Klinikpersonal besorgt die OrgaCard Touch-Line. Diese ist gerade für Altenheime und Reha-Kliniken gut geeignet. Menüwahl-Terminals stehen an stark frequentierten Plätzen der Klinik. Der Patient identifiziert sich entweder mit Chipkarte oder einem berührungslosen induktiven „Schlüsselanhänger“. Unabhängig davon wie das Speisenangebot gestaltet ist, ob Menü- oder Komponentenwahl, die Patienten und Mitarbeiter erhalten nur Menüvorschläge zur Auswahl angezeigt, die der persönlichen Kostform entsprechend zulässig sind.

Bei der Erfassung über Menü-Scanner erhält jeder Patient seine individuelle Wochenspeisekarte und kreuzt darauf seine Menüwünsche an. Im Menü-Scanner erfolgt dann die Auswertung und die Speisekarte kann dem Patienten zurückgegeben werden. Pflegedienst und Küche haben nur minimalen Aufwand – einmal pro Woche! Bei Entlassung des Patienten werden offene Bestellungen automatisch storniert.

Eine moderne Altenheim- und Krankenhausküche muss heute als wirtschaftliches Unternehmen geführt werden. OrgaCard bietet daher ein Warenwirtschaftsprogramm an, in welchem alle erbrachten Leistungen qualitätsgesichert dokumentiert und abgerechnet werden, wie z. B. Rezepturbearbeitung, Bedarfsplanung, Lebensmitteleinkauf, Wareneingang, Rechnungskontrolle, Warenentnahme, Auswertun-gen/Controlling.
