HOLTER MONITORING
As well and industry leading recorders, Del Mar Reynolds also markets the highly specified Pathfinder and Impresario range of analysers.

The Lifecard CF is our top of the range Digital Holter Recorder and offers as standard seven-day, full disclosure ECG recording in addition to acquiring three channels of ECG using only three electrodes.

The latest Pathfinder analyser brings the advanced technology of an all-digital system combined with the confidence of owning a Pathfinder. Within 15 seconds of starting the download of the recording you can start to review and analyse the ECG.

With superior 12-bit resolution the crisp clear picture enables you to perform accurate ST analysis.

The Pathfinder provides industry leading QT, ST and HRV Tools with the user able to set their own analysis criteria.

Impresario is a fully upgradeable Holter monitoring system that can be provided as a turnkey Holter analysis system or as a software package. Impresario offers the ever-important combination of sophistication and simplicity, which means users can evaluate a variety of patients without sacrificing accuracy or analysis speed.

CARDIAC STRESS TESTING
CardioDirect12-S is the comprehensive stress testing system from Del Mar Reynolds Medical featuring both standard and customisable exercise protocols. Available as a complete system including treadmill or bicycle ergometer, PC, SystemCart and a non-invasive BP option.

The system is also available using the flexible CardioCollect, which when disconnected operates as a mobile 12-lead resting ECG System.

Full disclosure is available for all 12-leads, during the test, while the current ECG rhythm trace (single channel) and median QRS complex showing worst-case ST are displayed in real time.

Full post-test review is available on the easy to use interface. Both are seamlessly integrated with CardioNavigator, the Del Mar Reynolds Cardiology Information Management System enabling you to establish one central database for all your department’s non-invasive procedures.

12-LEAD RESTING ECG
CardioDirect 12 is a PC based 12-lead ECG system, offering all the facilities of a high-end 12-channel ECG machine, but with plain paper printing.

CardioCollect 12 is the mobile 12-lead ECG acquisition system which can also be used as a PC based system. CardioCollect integrates ECGs from the hospital ward or home visit with the central ECG data management system, C-NAV.

CARDIAC EVENT MONITORING
Del Mar Reynolds offer the complete ECG Event Recording solution including Event Recorders, Trans-Telephonic Receiving Stations and ECG Editing and Measurement Software.

CardioCall 20 and VS20 operate both as ‘looped’ recorders, using chest electrodes, and as direct contact units. The ECG can be sent trans-telephonically to a receiving station or downloaded directly into a PC. With 20 minutes of programmable memory and just one AA battery, recordings can be taken over an extended period.

For patients with more severe syncopal episodes the CardioCall ST80 recorder has an 85-minute programmable memory.

The Del Mar Reynolds Medical Trans-telephonic receiving centre – Event Station, is optimised for use with CardioCall ECG event recorders but is compatible with all industry standard TTM recorders.

AMBULATORY BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING
Tracker NIBP2 employs the popular oscillometric technique of BP measurement that is used by physicians worldwide. The simplicity of this technique provides for the easiest patient hook-up and with rapid cuff inflation and deflation minimises unnecessary discomfort and sleepless nights.

Dynamic measurement algorithms increase the accuracy of results whilst reducing the number of recordings required. This new compact and lightweight instrument provides a cost effective solution for monitoring your patient’s blood pressure outside the clinical environment.
