ASCOM TELECARE IP – NURSE CALL SYSTEM
Convergence of networks is nowadays a hot topic and hospitals are no exception to this trend. That is why we in Ascom are launching a new generation nurse call system based on IP technology – our teleCARE IP system.

However only using IP is not enough, we made it secure and safe under all circumstances, so that we can live up to our motto, “a call will never be lost”. Our system is just doing that. Not only does it ensure a high level of reliability and safety, also fall back scenarios are standard in the system available. But we are doing more.

We deliver the call to the responsible nurse or nurses and if she/he is busy the call is escalated to the next. Personal call and information is delivered to you while you are on the move, ensuring an assistive and effective way of working.

Total freedom in functionality and cross department information, all is standard in Ascom teleCARE IP. Integration with mobile telephony on DECT, IP-DECT or WiFi is embedded in our approach.

ASCOM TELECARE WP – WIRELESS NURSE CALL
Ascom teleCARE WP – wireless nurse call with positioning – employs the latest wireless technology to enhance safety, comfort and efficiency in care and nursing homes. It allows you to locate residents when they call for assistance. Location accuracy is tailored to your needs and the layout of your facility. All calls are monitored by the system, indicating from which zone the person is calling.

Efficiency: the system indicates who called and from where
The Ascom teleCARE WP comes with a registration function. That means records are kept of who activated the call, including when and where, who responded to the call and how long it took. This allows care providers to swiftly answer questions from family members and supervisory agencies.
